The Shelled Concept Option would allow us to build the entire footprint of the church while giving us immediate use of the church. When additional funds are raised, the remainder of the rooms will be properly outfitted and finished.

The main sanctuary would be finished for immediate use. The entire building would be built, but portions would not be finished. It would only have studs and insulation. Areas that would be shelled include the Ambulatory, the Exedras, the staircase/Bell Tower, the Upper Gallery, the Flex Room (left), the Cry/Bride Room, the Greek School and Flex Room (right), and the Philoptochos room.

Our Building Committee would like to build the entire complete church at once. However, we understand the great challenge to do so.

which has a total ESTIMATED TOTAL PROJECT COST of $3,949,982.60.

To approve the building of a new Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox church in Egg Harbor Township as presented and unanimously recommended by the Building Committee with the estimated cost of $4 Million for a fully functional church with shelled areas or $5 Million for the completed New Church building, contingent upon the fact that we will not start construction (which includes demolition of the existing church) without raising $4 Million for the project.
